It's waste. It's not quoting on time, it's delays in a proveout, it's having to make manual edits to your NC code, its not having accurate tool libraries, it's not having automated job information packs. The list goes on and the waste adds up and cascades into lost time and impact your bottom-line. 

My services and experience can solve these problems for you. I'm practical and technical and have spent almost all of my 30 year career eliminating waste, solving problems and making things run that little bit smoother.

From selecting the right methods of manufacture to specifying work-holding solutions,  whatever you need to get done and can't quite get to, I'll do that for you.

I really enjoy the big projects but the devil (and the problems and the waste) are in the detail.
