Form: These items are in good condition with very little variation across the batch. There is slight coolant staining to a greater of lesser degree and I am happy to supply detailed pictures of the purchased unit prior to despatch for your approval.
Fit: Face and Taper are clean and in good condition with no evidence of damage, impact or excessive wear. I have tested the clamping of each unit to satisfaction.
Function: These tools come from a blue chip, UK, aerospace manufacturer and been used to cut a wide range of aerospace materials.Having worked at this factory as an NC Programmer I understand the tools usage intimately. The majority of work at this site is from cast and fabricated structure. While the tooling may have had many visits to the spindle they have not necessarily worked under extended load.
